Silk tube skirt with 'matmi'. Dyed with the natural dyes for the colours of red, green ,yellow and dark blue. The body of the silk cloth made by the 'matmi' (tie and dye resist) technique with a pattern of 'mi-ua', 'mi-khan' and 'mi-mak'. Head panel is designed with bamboo shot pattern. The end cloth woven with silk-wrapped thread of floral motif alternately decorated with a pattern of horizontal stripes. 20th century CE. The Ban Chiang National Museum.
